YAY TIFFANY MORGAN! Tiffany Morgan, the school counseling director at Fairfield Middle School, is today's "Yay of the Day" honoree! Superintendent Amy Cashwell honored her recently at Fairfield.

Principal Gena Jones said,
"Mrs. Morgan truly embodies our theme of 'All Hands On Deck.' Daily, Mrs. Morgan goes above and beyond her duties as a school counselor.
"Over the last two years in particular, she worked tirelessly to learn the ins and outs of PowerSchool so that she could play a bigger role in master schedule creation. She met with a suggested director and without any hesitation jumped in. This year, when our PS ASAP had to take unexpected leave, Mrs. Morgan never appeared rattled, she immediately asked, 'What do you need from me?' She made it mission to get all 1,000 students scheduled by coming up with creative ways to make it happen, all while maintaining her other duties, including getting her own daughter ready for eighth grade. She was always willing to burn the midnight oil with me and for that, we will always be grateful!"
