Updates/Reminders from Nurse Washington:
Parents, do not send medication to school with your student. ALL medications must be brought into the clinic by a parent or guardian!
7th graders completed vision screenings. Those who failed will have referral letters and all information needed to get help with glasses/ vision correction coming home with your student. Any questions call into the clinic.
For ALL 6th graders who have not received their required vaccines for 7th grade, Fairfield will be hosting an immunization clinic April 9th (8:30-11:30am) Have your student stop by the clinic to pick up forms, or contact nurse Washington to have forms sent directly to parents!
